Michelle Gilmore

Michelle has lived in the Seacoast Area all her life, other than the years she spent at Strayer University in Washington DC. She has always had a passion for Operations and Technology, holding degrees in both Computer Information Systems & Business Management. With her drive and determination, Michelle immerses herself in each project she undertakes, understanding each process and learning how to make it more efficient and less error-prone through technology and process change. 

For the last 30 years, Michelle has worked in companies of varying sizes and technologies, all with a focus on Operational Growth and Strategic Planning. She has been able to help companies grow by implementing strong people, technology and processes that withstand the test of time. Having been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years whether directly or indirectly, Michelle feels this industry has
the most to gain from technological strategies and personal development. As CEO of True North Management, Michelle looks forward to uncovering how she can help mold the industry for the future.

In her spare time, Michelle likes to watch her daughter Charlotte play Ice Hockey at RPI in Rochester, NY where Charlotte has been on the team since 2024!

Amanda Beaulieu
​VP of Operations

Amanda Beaulieu is an accomplished leader in the field of operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at North & South Construction Services. With a robust background in project management and customer success, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role and is looking forward to ensuring the seamless execution of projects and fostering strong client relationships with True North Management.

Amanda's journey in project management and operations began over 15 years ago as the Volunteer Coordinator of Goshen County in Wyoming, where she honed her skills in organization and leadership. She then became the Events Coordinator at the
Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce, followed by a pivotal role at Bottomline Technologies, where she excelled in project management and customer success for over five years.

Amanda's leadership is highlighted by her service on multiple Boards of Directors in the Seacoast area and her completion of the Leadership Seacoast program. At North & South Construction Services, she drives continuous improvement and fosters a culture of excellence.

Amanda holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, home projects, and spending time with her partner Matt, their pup Lily, and cat Maple.

Brian Locke
VP of Construction

With over two decades of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential construction, Brian Locke brings deep technical expertise and proven leadership to his role as Vice President of Construction at True North Management, a certified Women-Owned business.

Brian oversees all aspects of project execution—from preconstruction planning through closeout—ensuring that every build reflects True North’s commitment to quality, precision, and integrity. His background spans large-scale commercial framing, cold form and light gauge metal systems, drywall, acoustical ceilings, millwork, and high-end finish installations.

Throughout his career, Brian has successfully managed a wide range of projects across New Hampshire and Maine, including Newburyport Five Cents Savings Bank in Dover, St. Patrick’s Academy in Portsmouth, Surf Point Grill in Ogunquit, and Atlantic Grill in Rye. His leadership style emphasizes clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong collaboration between the field and office teams.

Before joining True North Management, Brian owned and operated Brian Locke Quality Carpentry, specializing in custom interior finishes, and worked with Fenton W. Varney Master Builders, managing the construction of luxury residential homes from foundation to finish.

Brian is skilled in Procore, Raken, PlanGrid, PlanSwift, Bid2Win, and Microsoft Office Suite, and is widely recognized for his unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

Brenda Rainville
​VP of Accounting

Brenda holds a degree in Accounting from McIntosh College and has been in the Accounting field for over 35 years. Of these 35 years, 24 have been spent in the construction industry holding positions in both the private and public sector as Director of Accounting, Accounting Manager, Human Resource Manager and Director of Finance. Brenda brings not only years of experience to True North, but also a keen eye and diligence to all True North projects.
